We have been in business for over a decade and have been asked almost everything. We welcome any questions so please don't be afraid to ask. Here are some of questions that we are asked regularly.

Question: What is the booking process?

Question: What exactly does my booking include?

Answer: Your booking includes the set up and pack away of the hired equipment aswell as an experienced operator for the Rodeo Bull.

Question: What are my payment options?

Answer: Cash on delivery or payment by card can be arranged.

Question: What kind of Insurance do you hold?

Answer: We hold 5 million public liability insurance as well as employees insurance. This covers any accidents or injuries caused by either equipment failure or equipment that has been installed incorrectly.

Question: What arrears do you cover?

Answer: We cover all of Essex and the surrounding counties.

Question: What happens if I need to cancel the booking?

Answer: There are no cancellation fees we only ask you bare us in mind for any future parties or events.

Question: Are you willing to price match?

Answer: Our prices are very competitive but we are happy to try and match or better any genuine quotes.

Question: What type of power sauce is required?

Answer: All of our equipment is run off normal electric power points. We have extension leads up to 50metres if necessary, we also if needed have generators that our equipment can run off at an extra cost.

Question: Do I need to do anything before you arrive to set up?

Answer: You will need to ensure that there is at least a 3ft wide access so that we can get the Rodeo Bull into the set up area. We also request that thearea is clean of rubbish, sharp objects, access mud and animal foul.

Question: Is the Rodeo Bull suitable for indoor events?

Answer: Yes we can provide the Bull for indoor use but there needs to be a minimum clearance height of 9ft and 16ft diameter.

Question: What type of events is the Rodeo Bull best suited for?

Answer: It really is great fun for all kinds of events whether that be a garden party, wedding, fund raiser, barn dance or corporate event.

Question: From what age is the Rodeo Bull suitable for?

Answer: Users must be either at least 1.2 meters tall or mount the Bull unaided.

Question: What happens if the weather forecast doesn't look good?

Answer: We have an inflatable rain cover that can be used in most situations of wet weather.

Question: Is the Rodeo Bull safe?

Answer: Yes it is safe for users, our Rodeo Bull has all the latest safety features including rubber head, it will be operated at all times by an experienced trained member of staff. The operator can use the manual setting to control the speed the user is comfortable with.
